In 2003, Scott Kluth founded CouponCabin.com, a Chicago-based online consumer coupon database, which was ranked 163 on the 2008 Inc. 5,000 list of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and is one of MSN.com's Most Useful Sites. Electing to forego venture capital funding, Kluth has financed CouponCabin entirely through bootstrapping methods and has realized substantial year over year growth since the company's inception. CouponCabin draws millions of repeat visitors each month by providing more than 100,000 up-to-the-minute coupons and deals from 3,300+ online stores. In 2010, CouponCabin generated more than $90 million in savings for its users. In addition to his businesses, Kluth serves as the Executive Director of The Kluth Family Foundation, which was conceived in 2009 to improve the lives of Chicagoans in need and the communities in which they live.
