Eddie is the CEO and one of the founders of Shiftgig. Prior to that, he was a general partner with OCA Ventures, where he led 10 technology investments and had nine board responsibilities. Before OCA Ventures, Eddie was CEO and Founder of PlanetHVAC, a business to business software and service provider to HVAC companies. Previously, he managed an equity derivative portfolio of over $100 million at the W. I. Carr subsidiary of Credit Agricole Indosuez. In addition, he held a variety of management positions in operations, product management, marketing, and business development at the White-Rodgers Division of Emerson. Eddie holds a MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis. Eddie serves on the Board of DePaul Coleman Entrepreneurship Council. He also co-founded and is a Director of a non-proft, One Goal Graduation. Eddie was recognized in 2010 as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’s "40 Under 40", in 2011 as Chicago United "Business Leader of Color", and 2012 Forbes "Up and Comer".
